Refund & Cancellation Policy

Section 1 – Introduction

JAKHAR & COMPANY® is committed to delivering high-quality accounting education, practical accounting training, online courses, educational resources, AI-Assisted Learning Tools, career guidance, employability support, and student success services.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any training program, course, educational material, workshop, webinar, or AI-assisted learning service offered by JAKHAR & COMPANY®, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Section 3 – Course Enrollment

Enrollment becomes valid only after:

• Successful payment of applicable fees
• Enrollment confirmation by JAKHAR & COMPANY®

JAKHAR & COMPANY® reserves the right to accept, reject, postpone, suspend, or cancel enrollments where necessary for operational, academic, technical, or regulatory reasons.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION BY STUDENT

Before Course Access:

Students may submit cancellation requests before receiving course access credentials, study materials, student dashboard access, or training access.

Such requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

After Course Access:

Once any of the following occurs:

• Course access granted
• Student dashboard activated
• Training commenced
• Videos viewed
• Study materials shared
• AI-Assisted Learning Tools activated

The enrollment shall generally be considered utilized and non-cancellable.

SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY

Eligible Refund Situations:

• Duplicate Payment
• Verified Technical Payment Error
• Course Cancellation by JAKHAR & COMPANY®

If a duplicate payment is received, the excess payment may be refunded after verification.

If payment is deducted but enrollment cannot be completed due to a verified technical or system error, a refund may be considered.

If JAKHAR & COMPANY® permanently cancels a course before commencement and no suitable alternative can be provided, a refund may be considered.

SECTION 6 – NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds shall generally not be provided where:

• Course access has been granted
• Videos have been viewed
• Study materials have been downloaded
• Educational resources have been accessed
• AI-Assisted Learning Tools have been used
• Student changes mind
• Student is unable to continue
• Student lacks sufficient time
• Placement expectations are not met
• Employment expectations are not met
• Salary expectations are not achieved
• Student fails to attend classes

SECTION 7 – DEMO CLASSES

Demo classes are provided solely for evaluation and informational purposes.

Attendance in a demo class does not guarantee:

• Admission
• Certification
• Employment
• Placement
• Salary Outcomes

SECTION 8 – COURSE TRANSFER POLICY

At the sole discretion of JAKHAR & COMPANY®, students may be permitted to transfer enrollment to another batch subject to:

• Seat Availability
• Batch Availability
• Administrative Feasibility

Additional administrative charges may apply.

SECTION 9 – COURSE RESCHEDULING

JAKHAR & COMPANY® reserves the right to:

• Modify Class Schedules
• Change Batch Timings
• Reschedule Classes
• Replace Trainers
• Update Course Structures

Such operational changes shall not automatically create refund eligibility.

SECTION 10 – CANCELLATION BY JAKHAR & COMPANY®

JAKHAR & COMPANY® reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, suspend, or discontinue training programs due to:

• Insufficient Enrollment
• Technical Difficulties
• Trainer Unavailability
• Force Majeure Events
• Regulatory Requirements
• Operational Reasons

Reasonable alternatives may be offered where applicable.

SECTION 11 – PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within:

7–15 Business Days

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method used during enrollment.

SECTION 12 – AI-ASSISTED LEARNING TOOLS

AI-Assisted Learning Tools are provided solely for educational, informational, and skill-development purposes.

Use of AI-Assisted Learning Tools constitutes utilization of digital educational services.

Refunds may not be available after AI-Assisted Learning Tools have been activated or used.

SECTION 13 – FORCE MAJEURE

JAKHAR & COMPANY® shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, suspension of services, or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural Disasters
• Internet Failures
• Government Restrictions
• Power Outages
• Technical Failures
• Public Emergencies

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAKHAR & COMPANY® shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect Losses
• Consequential Losses
• Business Losses
• Employment Outcomes
• Salary Outcomes
• Academic Outcomes
• Career Outcomes

SECTION 15 – POLICY UPDATES

JAKHAR & COMPANY® reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions shall be published on the website.
