All course materials, training videos, recorded sessions, study notes, PDFs, templates, assignments, AI-assisted learning resources, website content, logos, trademarks, graphics, educational content, and related materials provided by JAKHAR & COMPANY® are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Institute unless otherwise stated.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, and matters arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website, or any services provided by JAKHAR & COMPANY®.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of this website, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions. If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law before a court of competent jurisdiction in India. 10. No Job Guarantee
JAKHAR & COMPANY® provides practical accounting education, skill-development training, and career-oriented learning programs intended to enhance professional knowledge and employability.
The Institute does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview selection, salary levels, promotions, business success, career advancement, internships, or any specific professional outcome. Individual results depend upon multiple factors including skills, effort, experience, qualifications, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Enrollment in any training program shall not be construed as a promise, warranty, or guarantee of employment or financial benefit.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees paid for training programs, courses, and related services are generally non-refundable once admission is confirmed and access to classes, study material, or services has been provided. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing through the official support email with complete enrollment details.
Refund requests, where applicable, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered only in genuine and exceptional circumstances as per company policy. If a refund is approved, the amount may be processed after applicable deductions (including administrative/processing charges, taxes, and charges for services already delivered), and the credited amount is typically reflected within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment.
Cancellation of enrollment after batch allocation, class commencement, or issuance of learning resources may not be eligible for refund. Requests made after substantial service delivery are treated as non-refundable. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund/cancellation request in line with policy compliance and verification.
